Miranda Lambert is celebrating her latest chart-topping hit with a fresh look. The country star debuted her new, short hairdo at her number one party for her hit "Automatic."
CMT.com says Miranda's long blonde locks were gone when she appeared at the 1950's-themed event in Nashville Monday, and she was sporting an elegantly coiffed bob.
The singer and her co-writers Natalie Hemby and Nicolle Galyon also dressed for the event, wearing pastel "Easter dresses" and wrist corsages to what BMI's Jody Williams called "Miranda Lambert's sock hop."
And Lambert's gift from her publisher also kept with the throwback theme. She received a 1955 RCA record player and carrying case, along with a number of vintage 45's to play on it.
